PM eVidya – One Nation One Digital Platform

Top 100 universities of the country were allowed to start offline education on 30th May 2020. Sitharaman had announced Swayamvar Prabha Tral as internet facility was not available to all. A program of multi-mode accessory for digital/offline education has also been started under PM eVidya Programme. The PM eVIDYA also includes ‘Diksha’, which provides e-content and QR code energized books for all classes and is named as One Nation One Digital Platform Various channels from class 1 to 12 have been launched. The government has also made available radio podcasts and special e-content for visually impaired and hearing impaired students through the official website of the PM eVidya Programme. The PM eVidya Programme main objective to promote e-learning and digital content for students across the country and One Nation One Digital Platform is to educate students through digital platform, so that the education of students is not affected due to nationwide lockdown or unavailability of internet. Important Aspects of Regarding PM eVidya Program

• Mental health and emotional well-being will launch the channel called ‘Manodarpan’ for students, teachers, and families.
• Swayam Prabha DTH channel will launch for all classrooms so that the student who does not have access to the internet can study.
• The e-school will include 200 new textbooks.
• The initiation will be initiated for states and union territories with e-content and QR coded energetic textbooks for all grades, known as ‘One Nation One Digital Platform’.
• The top hundred universities will be allowed to start online classes from 30 May 2020.
• The use of radio, community radio and podcasts for education has been suggested by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
• There will be a single dedicated channel per class from class 1 to 12 which will be known as ‘one class, one channel’.
• To ensure that the National Founders Literacy and Numeris Mission, each child will receive learning levels and results in grade 5 by December 2020.
• A new national curriculum and educational framework for schools, early childhood, and teachers will be introduced that is integrated with global and 21st-century skills requirements.

Process to Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you need to follow the simple procedure given below to recover your password:

• First of all, students have to visit the official website of E Vidya. After this, the homepage of the website will open in front of you.
• On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the “Login” button. After this, a new page will open in front you.
• In this page, you will see the “Forgot Password” option. After that, you have to click on this option.

• After that, a new page will open in front of you. Enter your registered email ID. Further, click on the “Submit” button.
• Now the officials will forward a new password to your Registered email ID.
• Ahter this, you can log in using the New Password and you can change the Password.
