The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir State Shri Manoj Sinha ji has launched a special scheme named J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme on 26 May 2021. Jammu and Kashmir Kovid Death Special Assistance Scheme 2022 Under the scheme, financial assistance will be provided by the government to the family who has lost the only earning member of their family due to the Kovid-19 pandemic. To identify and support these families, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has taken a comprehensive approach by creating a special cell in the Department of Social Welfare. J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme Under this, financial assistance of ₹ 1000 will be given to the wife, husband or the eldest member of the family. Jammu and Kashmir Kovid Death Special Assistance Scheme 2022
Launched by Shri Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme 2022 The benefit will be provided to the families who have lost the sole earning member of the family due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under this scheme a special type of cell has been created in the Social Welfare Department which will identify and support the beneficiary families under the scheme. As a benefit of J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme, the Special Cell will explore other assistance schemes under other existing schemes of the Government, which can be availed by the beneficiary family covered under this scheme. Apart from this, if there are school going children in the family, then they J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme 2022 Under the scheme, a scholarship of ₹ 20000 per year and if there are college going children, then a scholarship of ₹ 40000 per year will be provided. Many people have lost their family members due to corona infection. - Only the permanent residents of the state of Jammu and Kashmir are the permanent residents of this initiative started by the Lieutenant Governor. J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme can get the benefit of.
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided to only those families whose sole earning member has died due to corona infection. The benefit of the scheme will not be provided in case of any other cause of death.
- If the deceased member is the only earning member of the family, only then the family will be benefited under the J&K COVID Death Special Assistance Scheme. Therefore, if there is any other earning member in the family, then you will not be provided the benefit of the scheme.
